Runway system
The airport’s runway system is classified in reference
codes as follows:

Runway 03:
Instrument runway with reference code 4 D with a width
of 45 meters and the following available lengths:
TORA 2502 m, TODA 2652 m (including CWY 150 m)
ASDA 2502 m and LDA 2502 m.

Runway 21:
Instrument runway with reference code 4D with a width
of 45 meters and the following available lengths:
TORA 2502 m, TODA 2502 m, ASDA 2502 m and LDA 2502 m.

Instrument Runways:
The airports runways are approved as instrument runways with the following electronic landing assistance accordance with the procedures published by LFV (Luftfartsverket):

Runway 03:
Non-precision flying with VOR and DME.

Runway 21:
Precision flying Category I with ILS, VOR, NDB and DME.

Airport Lights:
The airport’s lighting system is approved according to the following:

Runway 03:
High intensive landing lightning system, type Calvert 900 m, high intensive runway lights and PAPI.

Runway 21:
High intensive landing lighting system, type Calvert 900 m, high intensive runway light and PAPI.

The taxi runway B has a direct connection to Arena Arctica.
